London Deputy Mayor Howard Dobber said that by 2028, a 36-storey office tower will be built here. Which will have office space, shopping area and roof garden.
The church tower will later be reinstated and made part of the Green Public Space. The entire project is worth Rs 10,500 crore.

The Philippines rocked the Philippines on Tuesday night after the Ragasa storm. A 6.9 magnitude earthquake occurred in the northern part of Sebu province on 30 September 2025 at 9.59 pm, which has so far confirmed the death of 69 people and injuries to more than 293 people.
