The second semi-final match of the Women’s World Cup 2025 is to be played between India and Australia at the DY Patil Sports Academy, the winning team of which will face South Africa in the final match on November 2.
Before the semi-final match, opening batsman Shefali Verma has returned to the team. Pratika Rawal, who was injured while fielding in the final group match against Bangladesh, is out of the rest of the tournament due to an ankle injury. In such a situation, Shefali has got a ‘golden chance’.

This pitch can prove to be heaven for the batsmen. It has rained in Navi Mumbai before this match. Yellow alert has been issued for Wednesday and Thursday. If the match does not end on Thursday, it will be played on ‘Reserve Day’.
