According to Cricbuzz, Ashwin said on playing in the foreign league, “Yes, I am in touch with the organizers. Hopefully if I go to the auction, I will definitely get a buyer. Let us know that the first International League T20 used to have a draft system to sign the players, but the auction process for the coming season has been implemented. The auction will be in Dubai on 30 September.
This will be the fourth season of ILT20, if Ashwin is bid in the auction, then it will be a big thing for this league of UAE. Earlier, only 3 Indian cricketers have played in this league, named Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu and Yusuf Pathan. Ashwin has a lot of experience and was also seen playing the role of match winner in the IPL for a long time.
