In many parts of the country, heavy weather fluctuations are being seen. While heavy rains and snowfall are occurring in the mountainous areas of Northwest India including Kashmir, mercury has started climbing in the plains of North, West and Central India including Rajasthan, Gujarat.

The maximum temperature in different parts of Gujarat and Rajasthan was recorded between 40 and 42 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the maximum temperature was recorded at 38 to 40 degrees Celsius in different areas of Odisha, Vidarbha, Konkan and Goa. In many places, heatstroke has also started running ahead of time.
According to the Meteorological Department, there has been snow in Kedarnath and surrounding areas in Uttarakhand as well as snowfall. Many areas including Gulmarg, Jojila, Razdan Pass in Kashmir also received rain and snowfall on Tuesday for the second day. An avalanche occurred at three places ahead of Solanganala on the Manali-Kelang National Highway in Himachal Pradesh.

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in the plains of northwest India during the next two days will gradually increase by two to three degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, in Central India, the maximum temperature is expected to increase by two to three degrees Celsius.
