Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal on Thursday clarified India’s position on many important international affairs. Randhir Jaiswal further said, ‘Our relations with any country are based on its merit and they should not be seen from the glasses of any third country. As far as India-Russia relations are concerned, we have a stable and time-time partnership.

Reaction to US President Trump’s statement
On the statement of former US President Donald Trump that “one day India could buy oil from Pakistan,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman said, “I have no comments on the matter”.
