Pakistan won the Under-19 Asia Cup 2025 title by defeating India by 191 runs in the final. Indian batsmen flopped in the final
In this final played at ICC Academy Ground, after winning the toss, Ayush Mhatre decided to bowl first, which proved to be a big mistake. Pakistan scored a huge score of 347 runs for 8 wickets in 50 overs, Sameer Minhas played a brilliant inning of 172 runs in 113 balls. This was the second time that Minhas scored more than 170 runs in this tournament.
Chasing the target, the Indian team was all out for 156 runs in 26.2 overs. The top-5 batsmen in the form of Vaibhav Suryavanshi (26), Ayush Mhatre (2), Aaron George (16), Vihaan Malhotra (7), Vedant Trivedi (9) could not do anything special.
