Putin said, ‘We had agreed to prepare long -term cooperation plans with major partners. He emphasized that ‘action plans with countries like India should be completed soon’. The Russian President said, ‘We have already set a target to promote oil and gas exports. To achieve this, we will develop relations with partners, remove business obstacles, seek new markets, build infrastructure and increase investment. ‘ Putin denied that China and Russia are creating a new multi -polar world system.

Putin said, ‘A new world system is naturally emerging, such as the rising sun. There is no way to stop it, our role is to formalize this process and make it convenient, ensuring that it develops in a more balanced way that takes care of the interests of most countries. ‘ India was represented by Central Railway, Information and Broadcasting, and Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. Vaishnav also held several meetings with Russia’s federal ministers, prominent industrialists, technology leaders and investors. These discussions focused on increasing India-Russia cooperation in important areas including logistics and transport, infrastructure development, railway modernization, information technology and artificial intelligence.
