In April this year, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) approved the White Ball Series against the Indian team. According to this schedule, 3 matches of ODI series are to be played on 17, 20 and 23 August. At the same time, three matches of T20 series are to be played on 26, 29 and 31 August. On this series recently, BCB President Aminul Islam said that BCCI has not yet agreed to visit Bangladesh.

After a board meeting, Aminul Islam said, “I have spoken to the authorities in BCCI with whom the discussion was positive. Team India’s Bangladesh is to be held next month, we hope that everything will be right. The BCCI is currently waiting for approval from the Government of India.”

If the BCCI does not get approval from the Government of India, then the date of return of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma can proceed. If Team India does not visit Bangladesh, then India’s next ODI series is to be held from Australia in October. At that time, three matches will be played in the ODI series between India Australia.
