After this the interim government was established.
Hasina’s passport canceled, arrest warrant issued The Yunus government formed after the coup in Bangladesh has registered more than 225 cases of murder, kidnapping to treason. At the same time, the Bangladeshi government has warned that while living in India, the statements being made by Hasina are spoiling the relationship between the two countries.
The Bangladesh government has also canceled Sheikh Hasina’s passport due to the killings in July. At the same time, an arrest warrant was issued against him by the International Criminal Tribunal of Bangladesh. The tribunal has directed Hasina to appear by 12 February.
Bangladesh has also appealed to India to deline Hasina. However, the Government of India has increased his visa, making it clear that he would not be sent to Bangladesh.
