US President Donald Trump and his tariffs have been a topic of discussion around the world. Trump wrote on his social media platform ‘Truth Social’ that America is earning trillions of dollars from tariffs and with this money the country will soon start repaying its debt. He also said that all Americans will be given a dividend of at least $2,000. However, people with high income will not get this amount.

Record investments taking place in America – Trump
Trump further claimed that due to the tariff policy, record investments are being made in America and new plants and factories are being built. Also, plans like 401(k) (retirement savings plans) are at an all-time high.

Justice Barrett questioned why the Administration used a federal law to impose the same tariffs on all countries. During this, Finance Minister Scott Besant told the court that the administration sees it as an economic emergency.
