Up: SP Leader Azam Khan Gets Major Relief From Court, Acquitted In Hate Speech Case – Amar Ujala Hindi News Live

The court has given its verdict in the case of inflammatory speech registered against SP leader Azam Khan six years ago in Civil Lines police station. In the hearing held on Tuesday, Azam Khan was acquitted due to lack of evidence.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, a case of inflammatory speech was registered against SP leader Azam Khan on behalf of the then SDM Sadar PP Tiwari. This matter was pending in the court. In this case, the final arguments from the prosecution and defense sides had been completed.

This case was heard on Tuesday. SP leader Azam Khan reached the court in the afternoon for the hearing, where the case was heard. After the hearing, MP MLA Magistrate Court Shobhit Bansal acquitted the SP leader due to lack of evidence.
