The bodies of Anshu (21) and Shivani (18), residents of Jamaludinpur village of Bijnor, were found hanging from a mulberry tree. After preliminary investigation, the police have claimed that the love couple committed suicide. Told that there was talk of arranging Shivani’s marriage somewhere else. On Monday, people from the boy’s side were going to come to see Shivani. Even before this the girl ended her affair with her lover.

On Sunday morning, people saw the bodies of a boy and a girl hanging on a mulberry tree near the village. There was a stir in the village on the information. The villagers ran towards the spot. People identified them as village residents Anshu son of Ravi Kumar and Shivani daughter of Ramveer.
ASP Dehat Prakash Kumar and Chandpur police reached the spot. The police took down the bodies and sent them for post-mortem. The villagers told that Anshu was a graduate student and was preparing for the job through online coaching while staying at home.
