The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has decided to file a Special Leave Petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court against the Delhi High Court order in the Unnao rape case. The High Court had granted bail to accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar.

The CBI and the victim’s family had cited security threats and threats and opposed Sengar’s bail. He said that now he will challenge this order as soon as possible.
