Kangana Ranaut has also shared pictures with Nitin Gadkari on Instagram. While sharing the photos, Kangana wrote- ‘Watched the film Emergency with Nitin Gadkari ji. The film is releasing on January 17. Earlier this film was scheduled to release on 6 September 2024, but it did not get clearance from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

Kangana Ranaut had contested the Mandi Lok Sabha seat of Himachal on a BJP ticket in the elections held last year. He had defeated Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh, son of former Himachal CM Virbhadra Singh.
The film Emergency will be released on January 17.
Kangana’s film Emergency is based on the 21-month period from 1975 to 1977. When former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi had declared emergency in the entire country citing threats in the country. The film will be released in theaters on January 17.
