A British Parliamentary Committee has released a list of oppressive countries on Thursday, which also has India’s name. This list named ‘Trans National Republic in the UK’ includes 12 countries.
The report said that some foreign governments are trying to intimidate people living in the UK and suppress their voice.
Apart from India, this report also includes the names of Bahrain, China, Egypt, Irritria, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Turkia and UAE.
The committee described the activity of foreign governments in the UK as a threat to human rights and demanded the British government to take action on it. India has not yet given any official answer to this.
Khalistani organization mentions in the report
The report said that incidents of targeting people living in Britain are increasing by foreign governments. The evidence published with the report mentions the terrorist organization ‘Sikh for Justice’ (SFJ) in India’s case.
It is a pro -Khalistan organization, which India has declared “illegal organization” under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Claim in report- fear among people is increasing
This committee, named Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCR), examines human rights in Britain. It consists of MPs from different parties. The report said that many countries are working to scare people in the UK.
The committee has found such evidence, on the basis of which many countries are accused of targeting people on Britain land. Due to this, fear is increasing among people, their freedom to speak and roam is decreasing.
