UAE Creates History Beat Bangladesh Cricket Team in 2nd T20 By 2 Wickets

The United Arab Emirates cricket team created history on Monday, winning the target of 206 runs in the T20 match against Bangladesh. In the final 12 balls, UAE needed 29 runs to win, the dice overturned in the 19th over which raised the hope of victory for the UAE.

UAE needed 29 runs in 12 balls to win in the exciting match till the last over. The 19th over was put by Shariful Ismal, he dismissed Alishan Sharafu (13) on the very first ball but after that he scored 17 runs in the over. Hyder Ali hit a six and a four, before Dhruv Parashar hit a four.

To win in the final over, 12 runs were needed, Dhruv hit a six off the second ball and brought the team’s score to 200. But on the third ball, Tanjim Hasan Shakib bowled him and increased the thrill of the match. After the single off the fourth ball, Shakib threw a no ball, which spoiled the work. By taking 2 runs off the fifth ball, the UAE ensured the victory and equalized the series 1-1.

Muhammad Wasim became player of the match

In the second T20 match played in Sharjah, Bangladesh scored a huge score of 205 runs while batting first. Tanjid Hasan scored 59 in 33 balls, captain Litton Das scored 40 in 32 balls and Tauheed Hridaya scored a good innings of 45 runs.

Chasing the target, captain Muhammad Wasim played the captaincy innings, he played a brilliant innings of 82 runs in 42 balls with the help of 5 sixes and 9 fours. He was voted the best player of the match for this innings. He shared a 107 -run partnership for the first wicket with Zohaib Khan, which got a good start to the team.

UAE created history

This is the UAE cricket team’s first T20 win against Bangladesh. Bangladesh won the three matches played earlier. The last and decisive match of the UAE vs Bangladesh 3 -match T20 series will be played on May 21 from 8:30 pm in Sharjah.
