Actor and Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay addressed a party rally in Erode on Thursday. During this, he claimed that some selfish elements were running a campaign to defame him. But they will not succeed.
Vijay also alleged that the Tamil Nadu government is not showing any serious interest in farming. The TVK chief said that late chief ministers Annadurai (Anna) and MG Ramachandran (MGR) are inspirations for all. They are not the private property of any one person and no one can object to remembering them.

At the TVK meeting in Erode, Vijay said that DMK and the problems are each other’s friends and both cannot be separated. He said this fight is between the ‘holy power’ TVK and the ‘evil power’ DMK. He alleged that the DMK was only interested in targeting him and creating hurdles in the work of TVK.
