Rajesh Kumar, who has been a part of popular projects like ‘Kota Factory’, ‘Yeh Meri Family’, ‘Freedom at Midnight’, and ‘Khichdi’, decided to leave acting a few years ago and start farming. However, in this new attempt, he faced many difficulties and also suffered economic losses. He then returned to acting again.
Recently, in a conversation with Hindi Rush, Rajesh talked about his entry on ‘Shark Tank India’ and his farming failure.
Rajesh said that his farming business could not be run because he could not get money on time.
While going to ‘Shark Tank India’, he said, ‘When I went to the shark tank, I wanted to say that you guys have not come from another planet. You have earned a lot of money, if you have everything, then support such idea. Help me because I needed help in some things. At least sit and talk.
Rajesh taunted ‘Shaadi.com’ founder Anupam Mittal and said, ‘I am saying that you get two people married, earn money as a pundit, but how much have you invested in their marriage? You do not even know the names of these people.
Rajesh also said that the money you need for farming are not coming anywhere. He said, ‘Corporate companies have a lot of money, but even a small part of it is not going on farming. If the people of the film industry use their popularity for farming – then some changes can happen.
Finally, Rajesh explained why his farming business could not be successful. He said, ‘I was not so smart that the business could run properly. Wherever he went, talked to the heart, but these people only see numbers. This was the reason for my failure.
Rajesh Kumar got a tremendous popularity from the role of Rosesh of ‘Sarabhai Verses Sarabhai’. Even today people remember this character.
