Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh of the South-Western Command of the Indian Army has clearly warned that any terrorist attack on India will now be considered a war. He said that under the ‘New Normal’ policy, immediate and strict response will be given to such incidents. This warning is based on this new policy made after the Pahalgam attack of 2025.
