Unnao Case: CBI will challenge the bail of Kuldeep Sengar in Unnao case, decided to go to Supreme Court
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will immediately challenge in the Supreme Court the order suspending the life sentence and granting bail to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the Unnao rape case. The division bench of Delhi High Court had granted bail to Sengar in the 2017 Unnao rape case. This decision was taken after studying the order of the High Court.
