In this film, Akshay Kumar plays lawyer C Shankaran Nair. Sometimes in the courtroom scene, their performance is seen weak, but win the hearts of the audience with his tremendous performance in the film’s climax. R Madhavan has played the role of Neville McCinley, a lawyer who defended the British side. The court scene has seen a good competition between him and Akshay Kumar.
