Tamil Nadu CM MK STALIN HANDED CBI Over Case of Ajith Death 5 Policemen Made Accused

Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has taken a big decision on the death of a 27 -year -old temple security guard Ajit Kumar at Thiruppuvanam police station. The Chief Minister has now decided to hand over the case to the CBI.

Stalin said that this is a disgusting task in which criminals cannot be forgiven. Five policemen have been accused. There is no doubt about fairness in the investigation, for this the case is being handed over to the CBI.

Court reprimanded Tamil Nadu police

CM Stalin said, ‘Such wrong action should never be taken anywhere else from the police. Therefore, the Tamil Nadu government will fully support the CBI in this case. The Madras High Court reprimanded the Tamil Nadu police during the hearing of the case. The court termed this death in jail as ‘violent behavior’ and said that the state has killed one of its own citizens.

Justice SM Subramaniam surprised the post -mortem report of the death of security guard Ajit and said that even an ordinary killer could not hurt such a kind. According to the post -mortem report, Ajit had 44 bruises on his body. Also, chilli powder was applied on his back, mouth and ears.

Big omission of administration

The court questioned the investigation and said how this type of cruelty can be done with a person without a criminal record. Delay in filing FIR, failure in forensic investigation and the absence of big officers in the police station is a major lapse of the administration.

Please tell that two women had lodged a report against Ajit, in which they had complained that 10 tola gold jewelery has disappeared from his car. The police registered a report and arrested Ajit for questioning.
