PM Swamitva Yojana for Villagers: The central government is continuously working on the rural development along with the cities of the country. The government is also running many schemes for this. The most important scheme among the central schemes for the villagers is PM Swamitva Yojana. The objective of the Central Government behind this scheme is to make rural areas more economically strong.

Under this scheme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will, through video conferencing on Saturday (January 18, 2025) at around 12:30 pm, inform the property owners in more than 50,000 villages of more than 230 districts of 10 states and 2 union territories under the ownership scheme. Will distribute more than 65 lakh property cards.

In the first phase it was implemented in these states

There are many people living in rural areas who do not have ownership rights and government documents of their land and houses. PM Swamitva Yojana will prove to be very beneficial for these people. This scheme was started by PM Modi in April 2020, which was implemented in the first phase in the villages of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh.

You will get benefit in these things ranging from bank loan, disputes etc.

Under this scheme, people will not only become financially strong but will also become self-reliant. Under this, people will not only get ownership rights but it will also be easier for people to meet people from the bank. It will also help in resolving property related issues. Anyone will be able to easily sell his property to anyone. Under this scheme, mapping of villages and farm lands will be done using drones.
