The Supreme Court said that calling a woman ‘illegitimate wife or loyal mistress’ is anti -woman and it would be a violation of her fundamental rights under Article 21 of the Constitution. The apex court, with this comment, in its order of the Bombay High Court, denied using such words wrong.
