The Supreme Court Collegium has issued a proposal recommending Delhi High Court Judge Justice Yashwant Verma to be shifted back to his original court, Allahabad High Court. Earlier, the Allahabad High Court Bar Association had also objected to the Supreme Court collegium’s decision to transfer Justice Yashwant Verma to the Allahabad High Court.
