Sri Lanka will play their first match with Bangladesh on 13 September. But he has only 3 T20 matches experience. He last played an international T20 match in 2022, finally he returned to the squad after waiting for 3 years. Sri Lanka is in Group B

Sri Lanka is placed in Group B along with Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Hong Kong. His first match will be from Bangladesh on 13 September. The second match of the Sri Lankan team will be held on September 15 with Hong Kong and Afghanistan on 18 September.
