Shubman Gill Press Conference: The five -match Test series between India and England is scheduled to begin tomorrow, June 20. Before the commencement of the Test series against England, Indian team captain Shubman Gill has held a press conference. ‘I want to play as a batsman’

Before the series against England, the Indian Test team captain Shubman Gill said that ‘When I go to play as a batsman in this series, I do not want me to think that I am the captain of this team, because it has a different pressure on you’. Gill further said that ‘I want to play as a batsman and I want to dominate the opposition team and also want me to become the number one batsman of this series’.

Blue print has been received from seniors

Shubman Gill told in the press conference that ‘We have received two blue prints from our senior in the last five-ten years that we can win by going to any country. Our effort will be an attempt to follow this blue print. Gill further said that ‘if the atmosphere in your team is good and the players know what is their role in the game, if we are able to make it in the team, then we can succeed in the England series and this entire WTC season’.

India tour of India

The Indian team has reached the tour of England from 7 June. This series will start from June 20 and will run till August 4. The command of the Indian team is in the hands of Shubman Gill. Gill said to win the series that ‘Like we have a new team, we have a lot to achieve, but we have no pressure to lose anything’.
