The funeral of Dishom Guru Shibu Soren, the pioneer of the Jharkhand movement, former Chief Minister and founder of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, will be cremated on Tuesday in Nemra village in Ramgarh district. His funeral will be attended by several prominent leaders including Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Apart from this, senior leaders, social workers and thousands of common people from Jharkhand and Bihar will also reach Nemra.
Leader of Opposition, State Government Ministers, JMM officials, representatives of opposition parties and followers of Shibu Soren will be involved in a large number of his body’s last darshan and final visit. The funeral will be held in his native village Nemra at 3 pm on Tuesday evening.

The body of Shibu Soren will be taken to the assembly of Ranchi and the central office of JMM before the funeral. Where party workers, public and political representatives will pay tribute to him. A condolence meeting will also be held here remembering his political life and contribution.

On Monday, his body was brought from Birsa Munda Airport to the residence at Morhabadi Maidan. Thousands of general public, party workers and well -wishers visited him and paid floral tributes here. The entire campus was immersed in an atmosphere of mourning, where from the youth to the elderly, they were seen sharing the memories of Guruji.
