The Supreme Court, while giving great relief to YouTuber Elvish Yadav, has currently stayed the criminal proceedings related to the snake poison against him. Elvish Yadav challenged the charge sheet and trial process in the case. Hearing this, the Supreme Court has sent a notice to the Uttar Pradesh government and the complainant and sought a reply. Now the case will not be heard in the lower court till the next hearing.

What is the matter?

In November last year, the Noida police registered a case accusing some people including Elvish Yadav of using snake poison in the party. It was alleged that he illegally used snakes and poison in a party. The charge sheet was filed after investigation by the Forest Department and the police in this case. Elvish Yadav filed a petition in the Supreme Court saying that he had been accused of wrong and without evidence. They say they are innocent and have been falsely implicated.

Allahabad High Court did not get relief

Earlier, YouTuber and Social Media Influencer Elvish Yadav did not get relief from the Allahabad High Court. The court rejected the petition challenging the charge sheet of the FIR lodged in the case of performing snakes in the rave party. In this case, the CJM court of Ghaziabad issued summons to Elvish.

Elvish accused of consuming snake poison and drugs

Let us know that in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Police Station Sector-49, Elvish Yadav has been booked in several sections of the Wildlife Protection Act and in the Reve Party for consuming drugs and snake poison and many other charges. The charge sheet stated that snakes and snake poison have been misused to make YouTube videos. At the same time, he has accused of organizing rave parties and calling foreigners and consuming snake poison and other drugs. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (First), Gautam Budh Nagar issued summons order taking cognizance of the charge sheet. Elvish Yadav challenged the summons order and charge sheet in the High Court.

FIR is recorded in many different sections

A case has been registered against Elvish Yadav under several sections of Wildlife Protection Act and IPC and NDPS Act. In the same case, a charge sheet has been filed against Elvish in an FIR lodged in a police station in Nota Sector-49. Also summons has been issued by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate.
