The film ‘Saira’ has grossed over 500 crores worldwide. According to the film’s team, Saira has become India’s highest grossing love story.
This is the first film for director Mohit Suri to join the World Wide 500 Crore Club. The total world wide gross has reached Rs 507 crore in 18 days!
Produced by YRF’s CEO Akshay Vidhani, the film is a debut film by Ahaan Pandey and Anit Padda. Regarding the success of the film, Akshay Vidhani said,
As a company, we want to credits this big success to the film’s captain (director) Mohit Suri, who gave today a love story to today’s generation that they can connect. Also, our new stars Ahaan and Anit, who made this love alive with their acting. Aditya Chopra to his strong support and the entire ‘Saira’ team, which made this film so special worldwide.
