The proposal seeking to stop the immediate war in Ukraine has received the approval of the United Nation Security Council. The proposal has been passed by the Council, which has been asked to prevent immediate war in Ukraine and permanent peace between Russia-Ukraine. In favor of this proposal, 10 members of the 15-member council voted in favor and five countries with veto power, including the US, avoided voting.
Earlier, two proposals have been passed with the demand to stop war from UNGA. This has cleared the way to stop the war in Ukraine.
