Railways super app swarail will be launched soon, one place will be available many facilities, know what is special

Indian Railways will soon launch its super app Swarail. Beta testing of this app is being done and it has also been listed on Google Play Store. In this super app of Railways, you will be able to take advantage of all the services of the railway from booking reservation tickets, platform tickets, unreserved tickets in one place. Many services of the railway have been integrated together in this super app, due to which railway passengers will get a new experience.

What is Swarail Super App?

This super app of Indian Railways has been developed by CRIS i.e. Center for Railway Information System. In this app, along with IRCTC’s online reservation platform Railconnect app, UTS on Mobile has also been integrated. On launching this app, you will get the option to book reserved, unreserved or unreserved and platform tickets on the home screen. Apart from this, this app will get options like live running status, food service, PNR inquiry, coach positions, food orders, refunds filing.

IRCTC launched the Rail Connect Mobile App 10 years ago in 2014 to make online reservation. After the launch, the user experience was upgraded several times to improve the experience. In this app, at the moment you can take the facility of ticket cancellation, TDR file, e-report etc. along with booking online reservation tickets. The new super app of Indian Railways will improve the users experience as well as an integrated service at one place.

This super app of Indian Railways will eliminate the need for users to have different apps for different services. Rail passengers will be able to take advantage of all these facilities only through this one app in their smartphones. Beta testing users are currently testing all the services on this app. After testing, he will share the feedback of this app. After this, this app will be officially launched for all users.
