Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was welcomed by Congress workers on his arrival in Germany’s capital Berlin on Wednesday.
Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi reached Germany’s capital Berlin on Wednesday. Indian Overseas Congress (IOC) workers welcomed Rahul at the airport.
Rahul will attend the IOC event in Berlin today. According to the IOC, Rahul Gandhi will interact with the Indian diaspora community and meet various party presidents in Europe to discuss NRI issues and spreading the ideology of the party.
Rahul will remain there till 20th December. His visit to Germany is taking place at a time when the winter session of Parliament (from December 1 to 19) is going on in the country. Regarding this, BJP had targeted Rahul’s visit to Germany.
This is Rahul Gandhi’s fourth foreign tour in the last 6 months. Earlier, between July and September, he had gone on a trip to London, Malaysia, Brazil-Colombia.
