Dr. Dharenavar has said in the complaint that “Karan Aujla’s song is against our culture and the words present in it can pollute the minds of children and youth. So it is necessary to stop such songs.”
A total of three complaints have been given in the case. Two in Ludhiana and one in Chandigarh. One of these complaints is also against the village sarpanch Lakhbir Singh. The complaint alleges that the song of Karan Aujla was shot in the village and the sarpanch allowed it. In such a situation, the sarpanch has been interrogated and demanded action against him.

This song by Karan Aujla has gained a lot of popularity on social media and YouTube. The song was released on tomorrow i.e. August 1 on the Karan Aujla official YouTube page. Which has been viewed more than 9 million times on YouTube so far. The song was shot in the ancestral village of Karan Aujla in Ludhiana.
Dr. Dharenavar said that action against obscene and inflammatory songs is necessary to save Punjabi culture. He has demanded the concerned authorities to stop the song and stop its broadcast in public places.
