Prithvi Shaw imposed a fine of Rs 100, the case of molestation is the case; The whole news will blow the senses

A Mumbai court has imposed a fine of Rs 100 on Cricketer Prithvi Shaw for failing to respond to social media influencer Sapna Gill’s plea in the alleged molestation case. Gill filed a criminal review application in the Dindoshi Sessions Court in April 2024, challenging the order of a magistrate.

The magistrate refused to direct the police to register an FIR against Shaw for allegedly tampering in a pub in Andheri in 2022. The Sessions Court had sought an answer on the petition from Prithvi Shaw on several dates.

On Tuesday, the court said that on the last date, cricketer Prithvi Shaw was given one last chance, but he did not file any reply. The court postponed the hearing till 16 December, saying, “Still another chance is given on a fine of Rs 100.”

Advocate Ali Kashif Khan, who was representing Gill, claimed that despite being summoned several times, he regularly adopted the trick. The social media influencer first lodged a complaint with the Andheri Magistrate Court, requesting the police to register an FIR against Shaw.

The magistrate court ordered only a police inquiry last year. He then moved to the session court and said that the lower court order is completely wrong and against the established principles of law and it should be canceled.

Gill was arrested along with some others in connection with the alleged attack on Shaw after a dispute over taking selfies in a suburban hotel in February 2023. After getting bail, Gill had moved to the airport police station with a complaint of alleged molestation against Shaw and his friend Ashish Yadav and others. But the police did not register a case.
