Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of America on Monday.

Within just 6 hours of US President Donald Trump taking oath late on Monday night, Trump has reversed 78 decisions of Biden. Trump reached Capital One Arena after being sworn in. Here he signed several executive orders in front of the people, including overturning Biden’s decisions.

Trump has reversed Biden’s order related to the third gender (equality to the LGBTQ community). Apart from this, an order has also been given to withdraw America from the Paris Climate Agreement. Even during his first term, Trump had taken America out of this agreement, which was later reversed by Biden.

After this Donald Trump reached the White House. Here also he signed many executive orders. These include the order to pardon and release the culprits of January 6 violence and to expel America from the World Health Organization.

Trump will impose new tariffs on Canada and Mexico starting February 1. Trump said he would impose tariffs of up to 25% on neighbors.

Trump also read out the decisions in front of the people.

Ban on job recruitment and work from home

Donald Trump has issued an executive order banning recruitment for federal jobs. However, army recruitment has been exempted from this.

Trump has ordered all federal employees to come to office and work. Their work from home has been banned. Trump’s ally Elon Musk had talked about cutting the number of civil servants and banning their work from home during the election.

In his first order, Biden reversed 78 decisions and again put Cuba in the list of countries promoting terrorism. Biden had excluded Cuba from this list this month. Trump has also reversed an order that lowered drug prices.

Apart from this, Trump also signed the order changing the name of Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America.

Trump was also accompanied by wife Melania, Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha at the Capital One Arena.

Amnesty to 1600 accused of Capitol Hill violence

In his first term, Trump has decided to release about 1600 accused in the Capitol Hill violence that occurred on January 6, 2021. Among them, Proud Boys group leader Enrique Tarrio, who is serving a 22-year sentence, has also been granted pardon.

According to the New York Times, Enrique has been released from prison in Louisiana. Enrique was among those most punished. After the order to release the convicts, a large number of people reached outside the jail in Washington DC.

America out of Paris Agreement and World Health Organization

Donald Trump has withdrawn America from the Paris Climate Agreement and the World Health Organization (WHO). Trump has been criticizing WHO since the time of Covid-19. Trump also formally withdrew America from WHO in July 2020.

He has cited WHO’s failure to stop the spread of Covid-19 as the reason behind this.

Trump has issued an order to stop the court order banning China’s short video app TikTok.

At present, Trump has not given any information regarding imposing tariffs on China.

Trump said- will make America great again

After the oath, Trump also addressed the nation for 30 minutes. In his first speech he said, ‘America’s golden age is just beginning. From this day our country will become prosperous again and will be respected all over the world. I will simply put America first. Our security will be restored. The scales of justice will then be balanced. We will make America great again.
