After staying there for six months, it was found that Rahul’s real name is Ayan. Knowing this, the victim refused to marry, then Ayan beat her up with her brother -in -law Taufiq and Riyaz. Rape. The victim, who ran away from the clutches, filed a case. Through Facebook, other girls were also accused of implicating and forcibly converting.

The police filed a charge sheet in May 2021, against which Taufik moved to the High Court. The court dismissed the argument of the agreement outright. Said, the High Court has the right to cancel the case on the basis of agreement, but in cases like rape, the agreement is beyond imagination. In the current case, conversion was not done for faith, but with the aim of creating the basis of marriage or avoiding it. It cannot be considered goodwill. Illegal conversion is also a serious crime.

The petitioner advocate argued that the two parties had reached an agreement in 2023. She was living with Ayan by converting at will. Therefore, the criminal proceedings going on in the trial court should be canceled.
