Who have been identified as Ajay Gupta and his wife Aakriti Gupta.
Deepshikha was the owner of two flats
45 year old Deepshikha Sharma lived with her family in the same Ora Khimera Society. He had two flats in Aura Chimera. She herself lived in one and the other flat number 506, she had given on rent to Ajay Gupta and his wife Aakriti Gupta. In the beginning everything was normal. The fare came on time and there were no disputes. But this trust later became the reason for his death.
five months rent arrears
For the last five to six months, rent had stopped coming from the Gupta couple. Deepshikha had asked for rent several times. Every time the tenant couple would make some excuse or the other. Sometimes there is financial crisis, sometimes there is talk of job loss. Deepshikha remained patient for a long time. But the dues kept increasing and it became difficult to remain silent. Ultimately he decided to show strictness, without thinking about how dangerous the other person’s intentions were.

At this time, Deepshikha Sharma went towards flat number 506 to collect the rent. The family thought she would return after some time. No one had any idea that she would never return home. While getting down from the lift, perhaps even she did not know that the door on which she was going to knock would prove to be the door of her death. Deepshikha had reached there within some time.

Police investigation revealed that when Deepshikha reached there, a heated argument over rent started inside the flat. Deepshikha clearly said that either the outstanding rent should be paid or the flat should be vacated. This thing displeased Ajay and Aakriti. In this anger, Ajay and Aakriti together strangulated Deepshikha. Within a few minutes his breathing stopped. In the footage of a camera, Deepshikha was seen going towards flat number 506, but not returning.
