Who is Rampal whom PM Modi himself wore shoes

Rampal Kashyap is a native of village Khedi Ghulamali in Kaithal district. He is currently living in Karnal. Rampal Kaithal district is also the oldest party worker in Sivan section. In 2011, Rampal had taken a resolution that Narendra Modi would not become a BJP government in both the Center and Haryana until he becomes Prime Minister and he would remain barefoot until he meets PM Modi. Although Narendra Modi became Prime Minister for the first time in 2014, after which the BJP government was formed in Haryana too, but Rampal could never meet PM Modi. Because of this, Rampal was barefoot till date. But today on 14 April, his exile to meet the 14 -year -old PM is also over.
