Kremlin responded to the warm welcome
A statement has been issued by the Kremlin regarding welcoming PM Modi to welcome President Putin. The Kremlin said that PM Modi’s decision to go to the plane and meet Putin was unexpected and the Russian authorities were not informed about it in advance. This is Putin’s first visit to India after the Ukraine war.
