Agriculture Growth: Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the farmers across the country on their social media platform X (East Twitter) on the completion of 6 years of the PM-Kisan Yojana. He said in his tweet that this scheme is a big effort to give respect, prosperity and new strength to farmers. PM Modi proudly told that so far about three and a half lakh crore rupees have reached the accounts of farmers directly.

The Prime Minister said that in the last 10 years, the policies and schemes of the government have developed rapidly in the agriculture sector of the country. Due to financial assistance to small farmers, not only has reached their market, but their income has also increased. He emphasized that agricultural costs have come down due to different schemes of the government and the prosperity of farmers has increased.
