The Chinese parent company Bitdans of Ticketkock will also have some stake in it. According to the news agency PTI, this offer has a plan to merge tickets and perplexity. It has been introduced last week.
Earlier, Perplexity also made an offer on 18 January. However, the administration of Donald Trump asked to make some amendments in it. After this it has been re -prepared.
Chinese company did not respond Tickets and Chinese parent company Bitdans has not given any response to the offer of Perplexity AI. According to the offer, Bitdens will also have a stake in American tickets. However, he has to accept full control of the US board.
In the previous offer, Perplexity had talked about merging the American business of tickets into the company and including investors. Even at that time, Bitdans did not give any reaction to this offer.
