On X, Altman wrote in the post that “If you are interested in infrastructure and very large -scale computing systems, please consider joining us! We need your help a lot.”

In another post, he further said that “especially if you have thought about how you can get maximum performance from a system then we would like to talk to you.” He further said “If your background compiler is in design or programming language design, then we can have something good for you.”

In an interview last month, Altman said that the student should master AI devices for future jobs. For the students preparing for career, he asked to focus on adaptibility and learning ability instead of special tech skills. He said that “Whatever special thing you are going to learn, such as learn these common skills which are going to be important in this change of world.” In the interview, Altman said that AI already handles a large part of coding. Altman said in the interview, “I think it is probably more than 50 percent in many companies now.” “But I think big things will come up with agentic coding, which no one is really really doing.”
