The nominations for the 97th Oscar Awards have been announced. Indian-American film Anuja, made in Hindi language, has got a place in the Best Live Action Short Film category.
Anuja is jointly produced by Priyanka Chopra and Guneet Monga. Only 5 out of 180 films have been nominated in this category. The film is released on 17 August 2024. The special thing is that the original language of the film is Hindi.
The nominations were announced on Thursday (January 23) in Los Angeles, USA. Earlier its announcement was to be made on January 17. But the event was postponed due to the fire in Los Angeles.
