Molestation of student in the library, handiwork of Manchale imprisoned in CCTV, see

An incident has come to light from Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh to question the safety of daughters. A student was molested inside the library. This entire incident was captured in CCTV camera. Manchale threatened the student and tried to enter the library. The student asked to call the police, after which the accused remained fearless. The police, taking cognizance of the case, have arrested the accused.
