Goldstein told a website, “I had never heard of Windows 10. Nobody asked me about the Windows update. ”Microsoft made an appeal, not pulling the case forward. After this, according to the decision, Microsoft will now pay 10,000 dolls to this woman.

Microsoft’s Windows 10 is currently available for free upgrade for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users. The operating system was launched in July 2015 and is available for free upgrade till 29 June. The company is constantly campaigning vigorously to switch the user to Windows 10. Along with continuous notifications, many users have also talked about pop-up and it seems that the case of Goldstein is one such example.

Pop-up without denying option was seen on several Windows PCs some time ago and Microsoft had to close it after a negative feedback by the user.
Microsoft said on his blog that the company sends notifications at least twice to the user before activating Windows 10. Apart from this, users can reverse the install within 31 days and go back to the old software.
