Mauritius Prime Minister Naveen Chandra Ramgulam has honored PM Narendra Modi with his highest civilian award ‘The Grand Commander of the Star and Ki of the Indian Ocean’. This honor has been given to Prime Minister Modi for his contribution to strengthen relations between India and Mauritius. Modi is the first Indian to receive this honor. This is the 21st International Award which has been given to Prime Minister Modi by another country. Ramgulam said that Modi is the fifth foreign national, who has been given this prestigious honor.
