According to the agency, this case is of Jhankar Gali of Idgah area of ​​Baghpat. Police say that the deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Nafees. Nafees’ mother Maqsudi died on Wednesday. After receiving this news, he had come from Saharanpur to his village Baghpat to attend the funeral.
Police say that there was a dispute going on in Nafees’ family for many years. About six years ago, Nafees had left home and married his cousin’s wife, after which there was tension between the relatives. Some family members were not accepting him regarding this incident.

When Nafees reached his mother’s funeral on Wednesday, everything was normal. But after some time some of the relatives got angry. Nafees died on the spot due to serious injuries. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. Kotwali police station in-charge DK Tyagi said that an FIR has been registered against six people in this case, out of which the main accused Mohsin has been arrested.
