Mahakumbh Fire UP Yogi Government Released facts Gas cylinder burst Check Whole truth This Incident

Mahakumbh Fire: On Sunday (January 19), a fire broke out in the straw of a camp in Sector 19 of the Maha Kumbh Mela, due to the explosion of a gas cylinder, and spread rapidly and about 18 camps got burnt due to the fire. However, fire brigade personnel completely controlled the fire and there is no report of any casualty. Meanwhile, some facts have been given by the UP government regarding this fire, in which the reason for the fire has been mentioned.

According to the press note issued by the UP government, on Sunday (January 19), the Mahakumbh Mela area in Sector No. 19. Near Karpatri ji’s camp under the police station area between the old railway bridge and the new railway bridge, the fire service reached the kitchen of the camp of Geeta Press Gorakhpur at around 16.10 hours, with the help of local Kalp residents and police, the fire was extinguished. The time has been extinguished at around 17.00.

In this press note, it was told that the fire broke out due to the cylinder leaking while making tea from a small cylinder in the kitchen of Geeta Press. Due to the fire, about 2 gas cylinders kept in the kitchen burst and 40 thatched huts and 6 tents of Shri Sanjeev Prayagwal were burnt. While running during this fire, Jaspreet got injured in his leg and became unconscious.

When Jaspreet became unconscious, he was brought to the Central Hospital under Mahakumela through ambulance for treatment. Where after first aid, Jaspreet has been sent to Swarooprani Medical College, Prayagraj for advance treatment. The condition of the injured is said to be out of danger by the doctors. Due to the fire, the items of daily use kept in the tent like bed, cot, blanket, chair, table etc. got burnt and destroyed.

Krishna Kumar Khemka, trustee of Geeta Press, said, “Around 180 cottages were built, we built them very carefully. Everyone was forbidden to do any kind of fire work. We declared a circular area beyond the border where we built it.” I don’t know who the administration gave that place to, the fire spread towards us, nothing was left of our kitchen, it was concrete.
