Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that Prayagraj Mahakumbh has the blessings of all the 13 Akharas carrying the flag of Sanatan. The good wishes of Khak-Chowk tradition, Dandibara, Acharyabara tradition and Tirtha priests are also with us. In such a situation, it is going to become a global standard of well-organized event. He has said that the divinity and grandeur of Mahakumbh comes only from the revered saints. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was on a visit to Prayagraj on Thursday to inspect the preparations for Mahakumbh, the largest global conference of human civilization and Sanatan culture. On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi himself, the flag bearer of Sanatan culture, reached the camp of 13 Akharas. The Chief Minister first saluted the religious flag. After this, he talked to the saints and inspected the arrangements.
The saints looked elated after finding the Chief Minister of the state and Gorakshpeethadhishwar among them. He welcomed and congratulated CM Yogi by showering flowers amid Vedic mantras. When the Chief Minister reached the Khaak Chowk camp, the camp of 13 Akharas as well as the camp of Dandibara to meet the saints, he was made to sit on the seat after wearing a bouquet and garland. During this time, Batuk monks also chanted Vedic mantras. CM Yogi also sat among the revered saints and was also given a saffron robe on behalf of the saints, while at some places he was also given a memento and invitation to the Maha Kumbh. Akhara Parishad President Ravindra Puri applied tilak on him and also offered prasad. During this, the Chief Minister also worshiped the presiding deities of the Akharas. Saints and devotees were eager to get their photos clicked with him.
The Chief Minister met the biggest attraction of Maha Kumbh and the saints like Naag, Bairagi, Udasih and Avadhoot, who sacrificed everything to protect the religion and inquired about their well-being and also personally inspected the arrangements. Took stock of the arrangements made by the fair authority for the sadhus, saints, their akharas and camps and after talking to the saints representing the akharas, asked about the arrangements made by the fair administration and their satisfaction. He instructed the officials to fulfill the needs of the saints by giving them top priority.
After reaching the camp at Khaak Chowk, the Chief Minister toured and inspected the Dand Swamis’ Dandibada camp in Sector-18 for 05 minutes each. Along with this, he also visited the Akhil Bharatvarshi Avadhoot Bhesh Barah Panth Yogi Mahasabha Camp located in Sector-19. The Chief Minister directed the officials of the fair authority to fully cooperate with the needs of the saints and in carrying out the tradition of Mahakumbh.
Before this, Chief Minister Yogi reached Judges Colony, Sector 23 and also inspected the arrangements. The Chief Minister, who appeared satisfied with the arrangements, said that except on the dates of Snan Parv, compliance with the prescribed protocol should be ensured for the dignitaries on all other days. The Chief Minister also asked the fair officer and police administration to make complete arrangements for the security of the judges and justices coming to the Maha Kumbh Mela. He also inspected the temporary accommodation tents set up in Judges Colony and the toilets and other necessary facilities for them. After inspection of Judges Colony from Sector-23, the Chief Minister’s convoy reached Arail Ghat. From where he got down at VIP Ghat by motor boat and reached Khak Chowk on Mahavir Marg via Sangam Lower Marg via Pontoon Bridge on Akshayvat Marg. From here went to the camps of Akharas, Dandibada and Acharyabada.
